The products that Okenebebé presents in its catalogue and the planned retail services are available only for our end users, defined by law as "Consumers". By "Consumer" we refer to any physical person who is acting with objectives that are outside their commercial, business or professional activity. We ask that you do not acquire products from Okenebebé if you do not meet this definition of Consumer.
The products we offer, as well as their prices, will be valid as long as they can be viewed on our website. The main features of the products are shown on each product page on the Okenebebé website. The image and the colours of the products offered for sale by Okenebebé may not correspond exactly to the originals, depending on the Internet browser or the type of monitor used.
OkeneBebe S.L. facilitates the use of personal passwords by users who register as such on the website; these passwords are used to access the services provided through the website. The users, under their own responsibility, must keep passwords in strict and absolute confidentiality, assuming responsibility, therefore, for damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of the secret.
For security reasons, the password used to electronically access the services linked to the website may be modified at any time by the user. The user agrees to notify OkeneBebe S.L. immediately of any unauthorized use of their password and/or access by unauthorized parties to it.

The duration of promotions will be the period that such promotion can be viewed. The terms and conditions of return will be made in accordance with the conditions established for all other products and according to the economic conditions under which the product was purchased. The procedure for making a purchase in our online shop consists of the following steps:
1. Selection of the desired products, which are automatically added to the shopping cart. Prices shown include taxes (VAT).
2. Unless specifically stated otherwise, it is necessary to complete the forms on this website with all required information. On occasions when not all data considered necessary is provided, OkeneBebe S.L. may, depending on the case, not process the order.
3. Shipping and handling charges are included, except for some cases of return and withdrawal of order. See Returns and Withdrawal.
4. Adding details and delivery address in the section detailing final price (Law 15/1999 on Data Protection applies). See Annexe.
5. Choice of payment method you want to use from the following options (Bank transfer, Credit card, PayPal). See Data Protection section.
6. Once the purchasing process is completed, your items will be delivered to the address provided within 3 to 7 working days (48/72 hours within Spain and the European Union, except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which will take 2-7 days; international deliveries between 2 and 7 days).
The right to withdraw an order will be governed by the provisions of Spanish legislation. Handling fees will be paid in the event of cancellation of the order; these will be 10€ for bank transfer or payment by credit card or PayPal.
In general, packages are shipped within the next 48/72 hours following receipt of payment via LOGISTICS OKENE, with delivery tracking number and do not require a signature on delivery.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all items in the same order.
You cannot combine two separate orders, and in this case shipping costs will be applied to each individually. OkeneBebé S.L. is not responsible for any damage that may occur after sending the package, although it will do everything within its power to protect fragile items. Okene Logistics works with various well-known couriers to offer the highest quality to its customers (DHL, ASM, MRW, ...).
The shipping cost will be detailed during the purchasing process, with the same cost for any location within Spanish territory (with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which will be specified independently from the rest).
Also, shipping costs for the territory of the European Union will be detailed. Products purchased through the Shop will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment is verified, with a maximum period for delivery of thirty (30) days, as established by default under Law.
The OkeneBebe S.L. delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of good standing. Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses. The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of acquisition of the Product, the user will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

Specific conditions of sale apply with regard to the following elements:
1. Causes of product returns:
- The product purchased does not correspond to the product shipped by the company, either because it is not the right model or size or because of another characteristic of the product.
- Mistake made by purchaser when selecting the product.
- Non-acceptance of the product.
2. In cases where the problem giving rise to the return is not the responsibility of the company, the return will only be admitted if the product is packaged, labelled and in perfect condition for resale.
3. The right of return will not be permitted in the following cases:
a) Products which are not fully intact or present damage, deformation, deterioration and/or alterations of any kind;
b) Washed and damaged products;
c) Underwear, for reasons of hygiene and public health;
d) Articles which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are prone to rapid deterioration;
e) Custom made or personalised articles.
4. Procedure to be followed for returns and product claims:
- The Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista (Retail Commerce Act) establishes a period for return of 7 working days from receipt of the shipment; for returns please write to email@example.com, attaching the correctly completed returns form. The company will, within a maximum period of 10 working days, contact the customer to inform them of the action to be taken in order to return the product.
- The company will only cover the costs of the return, if the product ordered does NOT match the product sent or if it is DEFECTIVE due to the transportation of the same.
- The buyer will bear the cost of the return, paying for transport costs for all other motives.
5. Products that are purchased under Promotional Codes will be returned under the same economic conditions.
6. Subject to Exceptions, by the decision of OkeneBebé S.L.
The online shop is operated under the Consumer Arbitration System or, failing that, the courts and tribunals to which any disputes or conflicts between the parties would be subject to. In this regard, it should be noted that when it comes to final consumers, current legislation states that the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction in the case of disputes or litigation between the parties will be those where the consumer resides, in this case, the Courts of the province of Malaga. For this reason, it is advisable to use the Consumer Arbitration Systems to resolve disputes with end consumers.
Security measures For us, it is essential to comply with the provisions of Law 15/1999 covering Data Protection, mainly concerning the notices and clauses covering Privacy, Security, etc. The COMPANY has implemented technical and organizational security measures in order to ensure the security of personal data, therefore it is not responsible, at any time, for any alteration thereof.
